United Steel Structures Ltd (hereinafter referred to as“USSL”) was established in 1994 as a joint venture between Guangzhou Shipyard International Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as“GSI”) and Havens Iron & Steel Company from United States. After two times of equity adjustments, now USSL has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of GSI.

In the field of steel structure full of infinite possibilities, USSL makes every effort to step forward and has gradually developed into one of the largest steel structure manufacturing companies in global markets. So far, USSL has undertaken more than 350 projects around the world and delivered more than 700,000 metric tons of steel products to over 50 countries.
